Something in the back isn't working? Check in this order

House-battery switches — principal pointing into the green area (red = nothing works), one switch on II, another on I, the third on the symbol in the guide. This is the cause nine times out of ten.
Run the engine 5 minutes. The house battery is lithium and shuts down in the cold — five minutes usually wakes it.
Is the switch on the main panel? The lights, sink pump and extra USB each need their panel switch.
Still dead? Charge it from mains — exterior port, wire, any 100V plug.

The house battery runs the back — lights, USB, sink, fridge. It is independent of the car's starter battery.
Flatten the house battery and the van still starts. Flatten the starter battery and everything in the back works but the engine won't start.
So with the engine off, never leave car-side things running: hazard blinkers, car A/C, radio/screen, seat lights.
The house battery recharges whenever the engine runs — fastest while driving, slower when parked and idling.

Shows the house battery percentage. Keep it above 70%; under that it falls away faster and the voltage sags.
Sleeping with the fridge or devices on? Get it to 90% (80% floor) before you stop the engine.
Ammeter: negative while something's drawing — but a couple of minutes after the engine starts it must read positive. Positive = it's charging properly.
Buttons: brightness, and one to turn the display off.

Switches the rear lights, and on some models the sink pump and an extra USB.
Sink pump: on only while you're using the sink, then off. Left on, it can damage the system. On vans with a sink its switch is usually the first or last one.

The inverter switch must be on to run the microwave — and on some models the extra 100V plugs.
Microwave alone (unplug anything else first), in ~3-minute bursts with a 30-second gap. Never long runs.

Cools only — never heats. It can blow as a plain fan. It will never match the car's A/C.
Watch the battery % while it runs. Never overnight.
Never at the same time as the microwave, kettle or an electric heater.

Turn on the water pump to use the sink (switch normally on the main panel, sometimes beside the sink).
Emptying: take the dirty tank out and empty it outside. Refilling: pour water into the free opening of the clean tank, left in place.

Touch the middle of a light to switch it off or change colour.
Base USB (normal or USB-C): the small button on the base cycles off → USB only → USB + light.
That USB sometimes needs enabling from the main panel first.

Unscrew the cover on the port on the outside of the van. One end of the wire goes there, the other into any 100V socket.
Also: some mid-size models have an extra 12V socket in the storage space behind the car seats.
